Holiday Pandemic Survival Kit: 3 things to do in this once in a lifetime Holiday Season!

Updated: Jan 4, 2021

What a year! Now we go into the end of 2020 and it seems madness and chaos have been surrounding us all year and trying to defeat our spirits. It is time to really take care of YOU and make sure it is an uplifting, mindful, and relaxing period to check out for a much-needed break for the holidays!

The pandemic, elections, lockdowns, and now the crazy chaos of the holidays are upon us! This year is the year to really take a well thought out approach to year-end. Here are 3 things to do for yourself in the next couple of weeks:

  1. Take time to disconnect from the madness at hand. Do a mindful morning with time to get each day off to a solid stress-free start. Stretch and walk in nature, do a workout.

  2. Control the controllable. Turn off the TV, Stay off the phone. Read a book often. Take some time to reflect on 2020 and fully acknowledge the good and bad and let it all go. Write a list of what was good about 2020.

  3. Dream about 2021 and what you want it to look like for you: Health, wealth, relationships, growth, adventure, and legacy. The pillars of prosperity! What vacation do you want to take and what activities will you do? Plan to go to concerts next summer when the vaccine has been rolled out. Plan a new program for eating better and moving more!

Here is to wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season and a joyful New Year in 2021!

A great way to jump-start this process is with the 7-Day Pandemic Reboot I have put up on my website johnlohrenz.com It will give you a framework and checklist to get you going and keep you in the groove as we settle in here for our holiday season! I wish everyone all my best as we go forward into 2021!
